Patch Testing

All new clients will be required to have a patch test at least 48 hours before their appointment. Alternatively, new clients can opt to sign a waiver form. 

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings. 

Deposits will be deducted from final treatment prices and treatment balance is to be paid on the day of the treatment.

Medical Conditions

All clients must notify us of any current or new medical conditions, if they are currently taking medications and notify us of any other health issues. We may not be able to carry out treatments where we deem it to be a risk.

Age Restriction / Parental Permission

If you are under the age of 16 years, we strictly require that you attend the patch test along with a parent/legal guardian where they will be required to sign a permission form.

If we believe anyone to be under the age of 16 we will request age verification through either a driver’s license or passport. 


Lash Extension Infills

We do not infill any lash extensions applied by third-parties (not us). If you would like us to apply lash extensions you will need to book an appointment for a lash removal and a full set of lash extensions of your choice.

We only apply infills to full sets of lash extensions. We will not apply infills on half sets of lash extensions.
