Is this course right for me?

This course is ideal for complete beginners and those already in the beauty business looking to add a treatment to their current menus. If you are looking to pursue a new career, start a lash business or improve your lash game then this course is perfect for you!

To complete one of our training courses you need to be 16 years old and above. On the day of the training course we do reserve the right to request ID if we believe you are not 16 years or older.

 

How does this course work?

Begin by tackling the theory-based section of this lash treatment course with one of our experienced tutors & training manual. You will then move onto the practical elements of classic lash training in 2 parts.

Firstly, you will learn how to apply individual lash extensions by applying lash extensions to a training mannequin head. Your allocated trainer will guide you and provide advice throughout.

Secondly, you will now apply the skills you have learned so far on our training course to a live models natural eyelashes.

By the end of our training course, you know will how to effectively apply and remove lash extensions. You will be able to accurately adapt lash extension application to the client’s eye-shape/natural lashes for the desired effect.

 

When and where does the course take place?

Once you have booked your training course with us, we will contact you shortly after with some suggested dates for you to attend our training course. All our training courses are carried out in iLashes Suffolk’s Academy based near Ipswich town centre, Suffolk.

How do I pass this course?

ALL our training courses are fully accredited, ABT awarded training courses.

As part of the practical assessment, we require you to provide us with evidence of 3 successful case studies; these successful case studies will be of the application of Classic sets of eyelash extensions on 3 separate live models/clients. This will give us the opportunity to continue to support you and correct any (if any) mistakes you are making.

Upon successful completion of the course you will be a professional, fully qualified eyelash technician with accredited certification (certificate of completion sent by post).

We will provide you with up to 12 months support after the completion of your training course.

 

Can I fail this course?

No you can't. Depending on the individuals ability & case studies provided, we may ask for additional/extension case studies and further training before passing you. We are an experienced Lash business that are well known in the lash industry and it is important to us that are students are trained up to a high standard.

 

Are the other types of lashes/styles of lashes that can be learnt?

There are many styles of lashes/types of lashes that can be applied in the beauty industry. Russian lashes, Russian volume lashes, party lashes, hybrid lashes, mega volume lashes are all other styles that can be applied to an individuals natural lashes to give thicker lashes. 

To enrol on our Russian application training course, you will need to have at least booked in for the Classic lash extensions training course with us or have passed a Classic lash extensions training course elsewhere (Proof required).

Can I get a refund?

All payments are non-refundable. If you need to change the date of a scheduled training course you will need to contact us 48 hours prior. Any time after this we will NOT be able to re-arrange your training course and you will lose your payment.
